Hi there - Our chat is available from 10am-5:30pm EST daily. To port your number out, your new carrier would have to contact our porting team directly and confirm your account information. They will have to email firstname.lastname@example.org and from there they will deal with your carrier directly.
How do I get the port out information? I need to get the account and pin # to keep my phone number.
There is no live chat support! I can't get anyone to talk to me. The chat is automated.
Hopefully someone will respond to this post. I just need to get the account number and pin so I can retrieve my old phone number and use it with my new carrier.
