All outgoing calls disconnecting after 1 ring

I keep trying to place a call and it wont let me. It rings one time and then hangs up automatically. My connection is fine, I was just able to receive an incoming call. However, for some reason outbound calls are not working? I have tried several different numbers to see if it was possibly the number I was dialing but any number I try has this same result. If someone could please provide some insight I would greatly appreciate it!

Are people getting your messages?

I'm having the same issue currently and I've tried everything to get it to work but nothing seems to be working. so they just might be having issues and are fixing it?

it started up about three hours ago but like I can't get anyone to answer me back from the support the team, and I can't find any articles on how to fix it. Nor have they posted anything on social media about having issues.

My question is when are they going to get it fixed because you know some people would like to talk to their loved ones. However, is was acting up like this yesterday, was it for you?

Did you try to reset your device and see if it helped? I did it to mine but its still not working.

@Neelkamal- it seems as though your calls are being temporarily blocked for high volume usage.

Hi there! 

There isn't a set number daily, as our internal system has an algorithm that takes in other factors. 

It is not recommended to use our service for any business purposes whereby mass calls are made daily.
