Need help porting out

I have been attempting to port out for over a week from TextNow to Red Pocket for almost a week to no avail. Red Pocket is showing portin-delayed and are waiting for TextNow to respond.

Hey Sam! 

It looks like originally Red Pocket submitted the incorrect account information. The port out request was finally accepted by our team 2 days ago, and now it may take up to 5 business days for the third-party system to release the number.
