My account was disabled. Please help in reactivating it.

I've been with TextNow for almost 2 years now. I have important contacts and I love the service that TextNow gives because it's the best secondline app I've ever had. Yesterday it sent me a confirmation message to confirm my name and stuffs like that. I was about to confirm it but the page skipped due to the bad condition of my phone. Logging in back I saw I was disabled from the network and my number and account are no longer available. Please help in everything you can to open this account. I have important contacts I can't afford to loose. Please I beg of you. My username is : xxxx Email: xxxxI need to get my TextNow account back at least there should be a back up chat where I can take back my chat. Please help me. Thanks.

I tried going to the live chat at the right time but it's not redirecting me to a real live customer care.
Please help

I'm afraid that your account has been permanently disabled for continuing to violate our terms of use

It was last re-enabled as a one-time exception earlier this year by you, and as such, we're not able to re-enable it again, nor restore any of its conversations.
