pathetic customer service

I am a paying customer & I have been trying to contact you guys for last 3 weeks but there is no way to contact Textnow support team. I have never ever seen such pathetic customer service like this.

When i pick up the call it shows that it has been connected but actually it doesn't. It keeps ringing on other side who calls. I tried contacting TextNow chat support It says we will connect you to a live agent but it doesn't. There isn't any phone number, email or a real person behind this so called live chat support.

Hey Harry! I'm sorry to hear of this. There certainly are real agents on our live chat support. If the automatic chat bot isn't directing you to them accordingly, simply type in "speak to a live agent" into the chat box. 

I'd recommend that you first try to clear your app by uninstalling and reinstalling it. As long as you sign into the same account, all your messages should remain saved.

I did type "speak to a live agent" or "speak to an agent" many time but every time it says "I am the TextNow virtual assistant"

I did reinstall the application but it didn't make a difference. Even it is doing same error on web login as well.

Can you look into my account to fix the issue ASAP.

That is unfortunate to hear! I can't fix it on my end, as we would need to conduct some test calls and collect the logs to be able to escalate this properly to our team. 

Does the chat bot not show you this:

I am really disappointed of you robotic answers. My problem is to report the following issue.

When someone call me it does ring but when I pick up the call it shows that call has been connected but actually it doesn't. It keeps ringing on other side who calls. And at the end it goes to missed call. I did reinstall the application & installed again but it didn't make a difference. Even it is doing same thing on web login.

I want you to look into my account & see whats is the issue why my call doesn't connect. I have tried on different computers using desktop applications & web logins.

I am expecting a serious answer this time. I am sure you will contact with your technical team before replying. Or call me if you need more details.

Apologies for the delay. 

I understand what the issue is here, however, we cannot see where the bug is or what is causing it from our end alone. Neither can our technical team without conducting those calls in real time and uploading the debug logs along with other pertinent information. 

In order to be able to do so, you would need to speak to a live chat support representative. If you are unable to, we may try to do this over email instead if you can contact us at community@textnow.com
