Device swap page isn't working, Zendesk support Chat not working

My old phone broke, just purchased a new iPhone 11. I go to the Device Swap page. It asks me to enter the ESN and ICCID. I type both, click submit, and the page says "ICCID" required, even though I entered the ICCID.

When going to the Support page and clicking the online chat, it opens a page that just loads and loads but never gets anywhere.

Need help soon please, I will be switching to another carrier if I can't get my new phone activated today.
