If you're trying to set up your phone with our Nationwide service, you will need a Sprint/TextNow SIM card in the phone. If you do not have one, you can purchase one for a one-time payment of $9.99.
If you have all of that, and it's still failing, please head over to our live chat support between 10am-5:30pm EST (found on the bottom right-hand side of this page) for further troubleshooting support.
Please keep in mind that you can already use the app for free over Wi-Fi for calling and texting as well, in the meantime.
