So i have this iphone 6s that use to be with virgin mobile ok.. and its unlocked and everything but when i try to put the MEID and SIM numbers to get this service it says on of them is invalid so i tried the IMEI number and it says the same thing.. any help???

The " chat support" is just a bot that talks you in circles with no answers or people on the other end. I feel completely ripped off over the $10 "free cel number plan. was never able to activate the sim. bye bye $10.
Hey David! I'm very sorry to hear that. If you type in "speak to a live representative" to the bot, it will re-direct you. If you walk through the steps with it initially as well, it will ask if any of the information was helpful. If you pick no, it will connect you with a live agent.
