Paying/renewing subscription

I got a notification saying my card was declined. So I'm trying to renew and pay but when I go to Google pay and go to subscriptions I see TextNow but nothing happens when I click on it. Now my service has been cancelled and I'm at risk to lose my phone number. I'm all I'm trying to do is pay this is very frustrating when I go to my account there's nothing about billing either it shouldn't be this hard to pay

It looks like the subscription cancelled, so you'd have to upgrade through the TextNow app again (in the menu, tap on "Remove ads" )

Belleria the subscription did not cancel on purpose I tried for 3 weeks to fix it now that it expired it says my rate is $9.99 a month. This is not fair I was paying $2.99 a month. My credit card expired when I try to put in a new credit card for TextNow it would not let me do that on Google pay. When I asked TextNow they said contact Google pay when I ask Google pay they said contact TextNow now it's expired I go to activate it again and now it's $9.99 a month. That is not fair I should be given the rate I already had. I did not cancel on purpose and the only way I could renew it was to let it expire. Now because of the confusion between Google pay and TextNow which I can see online is common I have to pay $7 more a month I promise you I will forgo this subscription immediately and dispute the charge.
