I need to speak to an agent

I have tried for hours now to speak to a live person. The bot doesn't seem to understand a word that I am saying and it is incredibly frustrating.

Come on it's a joke no matter what you do, the response are so dumb and not helpful at all.

You can't speak with no one, I understand that is a "free" service what in the mean time they have "premium services" just imagine if you get to buy it.

I tried all sorts of phrases like "i need a live person", "live rep", "need a live agent", "human being please", "can i talk to a real human", etc.  Those all elicited a stupid, automated response that was anything but helpful.  If you need a secret magic phrase to reach a live human being, then the system is broken and it should be better.

Apologies for the confusion. 

After typing in "speak to a live representative", the bot will come up with a few more suggestions before asking if you'd like to get in touch. If you tap on "Get in touch", the live chat option will show up:

If i type "speak with a live representative" or "get in touch" or "live chat" or "live person" or "human" or any reasonable phrase, the support bot returns a list of three useless articles and does not offer a "live chat" option.  

 

how do i contact a live person to resolve a real issue?

Hey T J, I see you did reach our live chat support, but just for visibility here, there is a ~5 second delay after providing you with support articles before the bot will give you the option to "get in touch".

I have tried every single variation to speak to an agent with no resolve. The stupid bot DOES NOT give me a "get in touch" option. I'm beginning to become extremely frustrated!

I just tried it again in incognito mode, and the bot gave me a "get in touch" option after ~5 second delay. Can you please try it again?
