I have been using the TextNow app for iPhone for several years and have been very pleased with my service until now. I wanted to activate the Free Talk & Text Service that is now being offered. I checked my phone’s compatibility via the TextNow app by entering my IMEI number and ICCID, which indicated that my iPhone 6 Plus iOS 12.4.5 was indeed compatible.
I then ordered the TextNow Activation Kit for $9.99 via the app. TextNow sent me the Activation Kit, which is basically a new SIM card from Sprint, which i installed. However, when i went to activate my new SIM card via the TextNow app it says “Phone is Not Compatible”.
Why did they bait me to buy an incompatible SIM card? How do i return the incompatible SIM and get my money back?
