seems to me you guys got all that free publicity online and got all the orders but could not ship all of them out because you don't have the inventory. That's why you don't offer tracking for your orders because you really are not shipping them like you claimed.
Still no SIM card in the mail!

Hey Shannon! I'm very sorry to hear of this delay. Unfortunately, since we don't receive tracking codes with our SIM orders specifically, we can't look into the cause of the delay, but we can certainly help you by placing another order (free of charge!)
I understand that the chat bot may be a bit confusing, but after it lists all the support articles it may think would be helpful to you, it will give you an option to "get in touch" (it's delayed by a few seconds), which will then direct you with one of our live representatives :)
