SIM card order not received

I have ordered for a sim and the email came that the order is shipped and will arrive in two business days, but yet to receive the SIM card. can you please help? Not able to reach out to live assistance from support..

If the SIM has not arrived by now, that is certainly an issue. We will be happy to look into it for you, but you would need to reach out to our live chat support between 10am-5:30pm EST. The bot will try to assist you first, but after listing all the support articles that may help, it will then ask you to either ask another question or get in touch.
