Sign-in to network

I keep getting a popup every so often and a ! in the data signal bar. Is this a provisioning issue? Tried to update PRL and Profile through tge ## code and also through the update menu. Anyone have a solve? Google is worthless with people guessing. Can't find a spot to email support. Can make some calls and others don't go through. This is *not* an issue about account login which I can do perfectly. Thanks for the prompt response.

Hey there!

Apologies for the delay. I see that you started some troubleshooting with our live chat support team recently. 

I would please ask that you connect to WiFi on another device (or computer) and continue testing with us over live chat, so we can hopefully get to the bottom of this issue for you!

Literally they wanted me to do tests and everything was unhelpful and really not solving the problem. The first person wanted to do basic stuff like verify I had coverage at my location and super basic things. In the end of a one hour excruciatingly long session he finally told me to update the Profile and PRL on a WiFi connection. I value my time, if he could have told me that at the beginning it would have been better. 

 

The second person wasn't any better. Actually I had three people the next time and the second person had to go to lunch! They shouldn't be jumping on new support if they're five minutes from lunch. And the person after him wouldn't help me on a side issue I had that came back because they had me update.

 

I just want to know how to get rid of this notification every twenty minutes!

 

I went and connected to WiFi for you guys and sent a diagnostic from there already, go over it and report back or have them email me, because I don't have the time all day to hang on the line with you guys and figure it out. Just fix it or tell me how to fix it. I thank you for the service, but you guys are asking me to do beta testing and reporting when I just need the system worked on.

 

Escalate it or something because it's not working out with the regular guys who answer the text chat. I don't want to continue testing. I just want to know why it's not working. All I know is when I tried to activate it via the ##SCRTN# I had it on Airplane and didn't realize it until it was too late and programming started. 

 

Just try to get my account to be recognized on the network please! And go over the diagnostic I sent you guys and work it out. Please.

Hey there! 

I'm very sorry to hear of this experience. It seems like you're able to receive data on your phone, so if the issue is just the notification, it's unfortunately not coming from us (so we can't stop it from our end). 

But we can certainly try to see how to get rid of it. If you swipe right on the notification (to go to more information), can you find out where it leads to?
