Can't track my order!

What is going on? When I log into my TextNow account I cannot track my order. I have no idea where my order is. This is ridiculous. Plus there's no customer service to talk to anymore. This company is starting to turn into a scam.

Our apologies for the inconvenience, but our SIM orders do not have tracking codes or further information that can be tracked. 

If you're requiring assistance (such as if you haven't received it within 5 business days), please head over to our live chat support (available on the bottom right-hand side of this page) between 10am-5:30pm EST. The chat "bot" will attempt to assist you first, but if unsuccessful, they will simply give you the option to connect to a live representative.
