Not receiving emails.
I am being asked to verify my email, I have tried resending the verification email multiple times, all have failed to reach my email, I have checked multiple times that I have entered the correct email.

Hi there, Thanks for reporting your concerns. I've reviewed your account and it appears that you're using and iCloud email domain. It seems like currently the iCloud server is blocking emails being send by TextNow so you won't be able to verify your email unless that is resolved.
You should be able to close that notification to continue using the service without verifying your account in the meantime.
