Call rejected

Hey! Every time I try to call my CEO, it keeps saying "Call rejected" why is that?

Hi Keevan, It appears that some of your calls were recently restricted due to a terms of use violation. Once the restriction has been lifted you'll be able to continue making your calls, this restriction would not have been limited to call to your CEO's number, but to all outgoing calls temporarily.
