Call Rejected

I bought the app and it is saying "call rejected" due to high call volumes.  I'm a teacher trying to contact all of my families without using my personal number.  I paid the $10 so I'm not sure why I'm being limited.  Is there a number I can call to fix this?

Hi Jenna, I've taken a look at your account and am not seeing any blocked calls within the past week on your account. Were you logged into a different account when you left your above comment or is that the account you'd been using when getting the call rejected message?
