The port in option will only be available if your phone is activated with one of our wireless plans. Since you are using our free Wi-Fi supported app right now you won't have that option in your Account Settings.
Can't find a way to port in my number
Neither the web or app have the option to port in a number. I tried following the instructions at https://supportwireless.textnow.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001733223-Porting-Your-Number
There is no such option in My account on web and no My account on the app.
