Ad based services comparison

I'm thinking of switching to the new ad based service but after finding out there is NO WAY to contact support other than the very narrow hours of chat and a non-toll free number, I'm thinking of going with another carrier with the same arrangement - after all TN is not the only one doing this.

 

My original question, if I had some real way of reaching support is whether I will run into any issues when I do want to switch for the month or otherwise buy data for immediate needs. I CANNOT afford to not be able to do that right away and I can just imagine TN support going "oh well" when 2G is too slow to even make the billing changes from my phone. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
