We're sorry you're thinking of leaving TextNow!

If you would like to cancel service after troubleshooting or speaking with a chat representative, head to your My Account page and click on Cancel Your Subscription, as shown in the example below.

You can also use your app to access your account settings. Tap on My Account on your TextNow app main menu:

And then scroll down on your Account page and tap on Cancel Your Subscription

Our Return Policy

If you purchased your device in the last 30 days, and the device is in perfect condition along with the original packaging and accessories, the cost of the device along with your first month of service will be refunded to you upon successful return. Plan Fees

When you cancel, your service will be terminated and no future service fees will be charged. If you are within the initial 30 day return period and return your device in it's original condition, your first month's service fee will also be refunded.

Our Refund Policy

If you cancel your subscription, refunds will only be eligible with 0MB of data usage during a billing cycle. Refunds are a one-time exception, and will not be applied toward multiple billing cycles.

Upon cancelling, a refund will be processed automatically if it meets the above criteria.
