Please contact TextNow Support and we can mark your device as being lost or stolen, to prevent others from activating your device.

You can reach us by speaking with one of our chat agents on this (or any other) Support page. Our chat agents are available during regular Support hours: 10am-5:30pm, everyday, Eastern Time.

If you are interested in getting a replacement instead, you can purchase another device by logging into your account at www.textnow.com and clicking on the Phones & Plans page. During the check-out process, there will be an option to replace your device.

    My phone was stolen. I received more information from the representatives at the EcoAtm where the theives tried selling my device then textnow support. My phone was a $200 phone and i cant afford to replace it. I wasnt careless with my phone either. I think tnat your support sucks! I cant contact anyone without wifi and the ppl here didnt even offer to suspend my account so i am not charged for services from the date my phone was stolen
    They should at least offer a discount on a replacement device

    Hey Tammy! My apologies for this inconvenience.

    Unfortunately, we don't have a warranty for lost or stolen phones, nor can we offer a discount due to our phones already being highly subsidized.

    With regards to the service, as you are on one of our free plans, it's not set to charge you until January. Due to the technical nature of this free plan promotion, we can't put it on hold, but we can cancel it if you'd like, and you can then resubscribe at any other point in time. I see that you already ordered a replacement phone, but if you do wish to cancel your service at any point in time, you can do so through your account.

    In the meantime, I will mark your original phone as stolen, so it can't be activated anywhere else.

    My daughter's phone was stolen we need to cancel our account. She has the $19.99 plan how do we go about that, so our credit card does not continue to be charged?

    I would recommend that you please head over to our live chat support between 10am-5:30pm EST for further assistance with blacklisting your phone and going over your options!

    UPS left my phone on the front porch a day early and my phone was stolen. I talk to UPS first then TextNow and I was told yall was gonna pause my account until I got my phone. If thats not the case with 35 days free service like I wouldve gotten if I got my phone on the date it was suppose to be delivered I need to cancel my service now.
